I have never seen a performer have security guards thrown out. That was awesome!!! When it is general admission standing in front of the stage is a crazy place to be. I was by the stage at the first show at Hammerstein and was getting crushed like a sardine.

This is for BabyGorilla and the people like him. Before all my posts about subjective matters there should be an IMO before the post. I took this sig down but of course it has to go back up.

There is no way in hell anybody could write a bad review about last nights show, unless they have some sort of vendetta.
There was just nothing you could complain about. Pretty much perfect. Awesome gig.

Psychologically, you could consider this a reunion tour because I`ve managed to find enough pieces of my mind in order to be with you here tonight - - Axl Rose, Chicago 2002

Thanks everyone for the updates, pics and reviews. Yours are far informative than good part of media coverage. I'm curious to know what he said regarding IRS. There is no way in hell anybody could write a bad review about last nights show, unless they have some sort of vendetta.

believe me.... the press always finds a reason to complain... well wait, they just don`t need a reason to bitch about gnr/axl They nibble at the set list, the solos, at the braids, at the lineup. they even criticise GNR/Axl for the BS they've made up mostly ...... basically their complains are all about as how they themselves are too dumb and slow to get the first idea of what is happening. that must be some sort of vendetta. Or rather ressentiment.

I have been watching the You Could Be Mine video from this show all day. As entertaining as it is when Axl kicks out the security, I can't get over how good his voice sounds. He sounds so good his voice was in peak performance.

Axl's voice hasn't sounded this good since the days of 87/88 ... hands down.
The Illusions Tour was good ... but got rougher over time ... and the 02 tour was fucking atrocious... Axl's voice didn't sound like Axl Rose.
But this voice is classic Axl with some age to it

On the subject of Kerrang trying to get negative responses.... I was listening to Kerrang radio yesterday and they played clips of people talking about the show afterwards. Not one of them were negative, EVERYONE said how good it was and couldn't of been more positive. Seems like they didnt get the information they were looking for
