Im authoring a greece dvd... its from the DivX files we have... has the actual DVD files been put out yet?

anyway, a little info.

ive used Sony Vegas to merge the two DivX files together, ive joined the video together so it plays seamlessly (in song, obviously you can hear the sound change since its a different camera).

there will also be menus and chapter selection as standard.

the video is rendering now into a mpg2 format... is that ok for people? its currently going to take 5+ hours to render, so id like to know if i shud be doing it into something else. since it only started off in DivX anyway?

Help is MUCH apreciated!

I don't wanna sound like an ass but DivX-sourced DVD is not much usable Undecided I'd better wait if the real DVD surfaces someday

its ok Smiley

i just thought that the DivX quality aint that bad and just thought some people would like it on DVD in the collection and stuff since its pretty much a complete show.

i know it aint as good as DVD, but its all we have for now.

you know in the second video it replays part of November Rain.. so did you cut it off to get it to mix in right?

I had to do that for the FLACs im doing and I made it sound pretty good.  yes

that was the intention... but the rendering time got upto 10hours and i cudnt be bothered to wait... and since it isnt dvd yet, im just sticking to what weve got. ive both files on the dvd, with menus basically

ROCKWAVE PART 1
ROCKWAVE PART 2

TRACK SELECT
INFO

If when it comes out on dvd and it isnt lined up properly, il cut it to size (if it hasnt already been done) and update the whole dvd.

I wont have time to upload or seed... so if someone wants me to send them a copy give me a PM
