He's not pulled out. He was never scheduled to do the dates because he's got 2 festival dates in Japan.
Incidentally my post earlier about GN'R getting extra time on these two shows now looks to be irrelevent.

Can't wait for this, I love Baz and am gonna see him in London and Towers of London are one of the best new bands around, saw them a couple of months ago.
