Question on VONAGE telephone service

Does anyone have Vonage as their phone provider?  I keep getting info from them in the mail and on the surface it looks like a GREAT deal.

Can anyone share their experience with me on this service?  Are there hidden fees?
Anything I should avoid or be aware of?

Any insight would be appreciated.

I know a few people who have it. It supposedly saves you a lot of money on your phone bill. I don't know all the specifics, but I haven't heard anything bad about it yet.

Does anyone know if there are any weird installation issues?  Ie: does the main phone need to be in the same room as the broadband, cable modem?  Is it possible to have several phones in your home all connected to this service?
