2) I had a hat sort of like this, and with the battery stuff...it was very uncomfortable... same with this?

its not designed for comfort just the look

I'm thinking that shirt would seperate any chances of talking to a woman if you were wearing it especially at a club or party.  It would be like "wow, was the FBI (female body inspector) shirt dirty?"  Definitely don't wear that if you want to get laid.
