you think axl is raling during all the breaks he takes to go backstage? seems like every solo he's backstage.... its not like he's changing clothes like he was before...
any thoughts?

I think he's phoning Bucket to try and get him to come back. "Bucket, please i'm desperate, I had to hire a guy with a foot guitar who can't seem to play your solos". I think Axl is also talking to his therapist and getting oxygen.

I'm not sure if anyone has brought this up yet (I'm sure they have, but not in this thread at least), but don't you guys think that Axl is having these guys showcase their talents to everyone when they do their solos?  I mean, I'm sure he needs rest and oxygen and all that stuff, but the large increase in solos for this tour may be for a specific reason.  And that is that he wants to move past the notion that this is his solo project or it is Axl touring with a bunch of freaks.  He wants to show the world that these guys can play and can play well and are more than just rent-a-musicians.  I could be completely off on this, but it seems to make sense if he's ready to release a new album under the name "Guns N' Roses."

The problem is that their solos  suck .  Besides people are there to see Axl sing  not see people they don't even know play long solos that  put them to sleep  (majority of people there don't know these guys).  If Axl wants to showcase these guys' talents then maybe he should release the Album because that is where they are going to be measured as musicians  , not some worthless solos  at some gig.  Once the album is released and if it's good  then the next time they go on tour   it would justify having them play their solso because people will be familiar with guitarists  and actually look forward to seeing them play.  As of right now , these guys are nothing more than a cover band with the original singer . People are going to these shows  to see Axl sing the hits, nothing more .
