as for Better.....its one of the best songs in GNr history


I see the album in the near future. and its gonna be exciting and uplifting and its gonna change a lot of peoples minds about the "replacements" and "scabs".........this monstrosity is about to add another successful chapter to the gnr name and to rock history.....mark my words...and the greatest thing about it aside from the music, is that most of us have been here for a very long time and seen the ups and downs and seen this thing take shape and grow....its almost here...along with a few other surprises..count on it

Not true. You have to mess about with audio settings if you want to check what exactly each part goes when it blend in well on a song.

Yeah I noticed this ages ago because I put it on my phone and my phone plays the left speaker lol. No robin finck's guitar work on the left side and just too much of Pittman's synth.

Its the same with IRS...a lot less guitar work on left side.

I love the keyboard over Better that is usually hidden slightly. Chris or Dizzy not sure which does a great job at padding the sound out a bit more.

I got really, really stoned last night and listened to Better, immediately followed by TWAT, and the whole time I could not stop thinking that these were only bloody demos and the best was in fact yet to come.

After waiting so long and fucking hard for this album, just listening to Better alone fills me with so much confidence and excitement for an inarguable release in the future...

The song is truly unlike anything in the world of rock music nowadays...

I mean, a few of you guys think Nickelback should open for Gn'R...well I seriously doubt Chad Kroeger could write Better if his life depended on it..

Those demos were leaked to give us peace of mind until the finished product was ready for release, and that's all Ive ever viewed them as...
