The show was great, but floor tickets are much better then seats! I got a seat today and it was okay, but maybe a little boring for me compared to the 1. show in oslo I when I was on the floor.
So the show was great and buy floor tickets next time!? ok

I'm sitting at Oslo Central Station and I can just think of the concert as the best in my life!

Thing that were killer:
1. First 3-4 songs!
2. Axl's voice was awesome the whole time!
3. Mr. Izzy Stradlin! He really rocks with the band, and he isn't so uncomfortable that he was in 1991. He is maybe more band member now than in 1991. And his amp wasn't tuned down and you could hear what he was playing. Awesome!!! He also had his cap on.
4. Meeting some of the board members before and after the show. You are really nice!

My friend who isn't so much into GNR said it was a "fantastic show", and the highlights for him were LALD, SCOM, N.Rain and P.City.

Ok, tell you more later.

Axl's voice was really great! I just say one word; Nightrain!!! Oh my god how fantastic that was.

But were you on the floor? How was it down there this time compared to the show last week?

I had good seats, and I wasn't at the show last week, only in Globen. I think the sound was almost the same.

Just back from Oslo.

Fuckin' unreal show.  Maybe the best thus far of the tour.

Cool meeting you Jarmo  Smiley  And all of you guys and guygettes!  Great vibe in teh city afterwards, huh? You couldn't go 10 feet without a person in a Guns tee or some joint or bar blasting GNR.  Oslo Rock City?   Wink

Great fuckin' show.

This was red hot. This boot is a must GET!

Maybe 8 solos, but they aren't so long, and not so boring to see live at the concert. Sometimes you need a solo to take a breath between all the rockers!

It is pretty obvious that Izzy and Axl are jiving. Me thinks Izzy likes the other band members as well! Tommy/Izzy Grin unbelievable. I hope they are writing songs together. Anyhow, sounds like a great show. We REALLY need a good high quality version of Chinese. Please someone come and save the day.... Cool

What a show, what a day in Oslo.

It was great meeting some of you at Elm Street, the Danes (RF, I guess we made up for the 2001 non-meeting ?Wink), Erik, Will, Thierry (?), Steve and the guys from up north.

The show was amazing! The band was playing great and Axl was on form (not surprising, but since some of you still doubt it, it has to be mentioned).

I'm so tired right now.

Got maybe 8 hours of sleep this weekend.

Will post more thoughts later...

Wow.... sitting here trying to get back to 'normal' again..... can't gather my thoughts.... hungover and drained.

WHAT A SHOW!

Our plane couldn't start from Oslo (departure time 10:25) and was delayed 'till 14:30..... and SAS information was non-existant..

Sitting here sipping some Chateau Cissac 2003 (my oh my what a scoop!) and getting ready to throw a chicken on the grill. Gearing up for tonights World Cup final.   VIVA LA FRANCE!

The Oslo show July 8th is one of the alltime great Guns shows. I'm serious. It was almost puuurh-fect. Bad ass. Wow.

Boots should be high commodity!

Eyes open....

 peace
