My guess is that there is absolutely no way it will be out in September. There would be a single out already or an announcement of a single at the very least.

My guess would be December. November at the earliest. Press release would be in September, Single in late October early November.

They are crazy to tour the US without an album. But they will. Again.

I've been told personally by a credible source that's never mislead me before, so unless plans change here within the next few months I'll take his word for it......
