No, I think he does. ?As a matter of fact, the beginning of the Estranged video shows what is supposed to be his son. ?All of that imagery (the swing, the kid's bedroom, the swat team coming in looking for axl) is about the fact that Axl isn't allowed to see his son.  He's estranged from his son.
