well... that date sucks imo.... they should not play one single date in america without having released the album imo.... maybe axl is a little blinded by the succes in europe.....

nah never, no1 wud pay more than ?10, hmv always do that tho to make u seem like ur getting a better deal, but they never actually sell any at that price, apart from really shitty ones

1) It's certainly not an official date

2) While Geffen IS the bands label, Polydor might do the distribution in the UK (remember, you're looking at the UK HMV site).

3) Sanctuary is NOT the bands label.? Their the bands management.? As has been the case for quite some time.

4) Polydor is a UK only label, and if they're doing the distribution in the UK for the album, it stands to reason the band would be on their home page.

5) A monday release in the UK would make sense, no?? Aren't all releases on Monday in the UK?

yes a monday is when 99% of albums are released over here, they sell all week for the charts the following sunday!!
apart from eminem, he delayed his till the friday on his last album due to internet leaks i think lol

I dont know why it matters its listed on a site. Who the fuck cares. We've been through this before. Its been listen on sites  a lot of fucking times, and guess what, we still dont have the album. Until there is a press release from Axl saying the release date it isnt coming out.

It has been posted and found out that hmv and similar sites post a releasing date for chinese almost every year. or at least so they did in 2005. dunno
