i have my right arm in a bandage, the doc came at 7.30 am...

tendinitis ( spelling ?) he said ?

i type with my left hand and i have never hurt somuch in my entire life, i have to have xrays too... Cry Cry Cry

i was fine, went to bed night before last, it ached terribly as i woke yesterday morning and i thought it would goaway, but it was worse by last night and iYELLED in bed and cried ( not like me usually)

i was onto emergency doctors in tears this morning...

best thing is to stop using whateevr hurts, it's usually from over use.. Most people that lift weights get it

i've never broke anything but my wrist and i discover pain..very unpleasant experience

Did you sleep on your arm? Cause I did that and now my radial nerve is destroyed.. anyways the doctor forbid me to use it and made me quit weight lifting for fear that I would get Tendonitus..
