Are you sure? If he wasn't charged, than how could they have fined him?  Anyway, I think they take your mugshot for everyone who's arrested because they have to get them in the system.  But I don't know how different it is in Sweden.


I'm pretty sure that no criminal charge was filed against him in fine.

He was fined for the damage he caused to the hotel. for an antique mirror, a vase, etc

Donno if the Swedish police take a mug shot of each person they take into custody /drunk tank.
