He wasn't charged with a crime, so there wouldn't be a mugshot. Are you sure? If he wasn't charged, than how could they have fined him? Anyway, I think they take your mugshot for everyone who's arrested because they have to get them in the system. But I don't know how different it is in Sweden. |

It's from Axl's arrest in the '98 or '99 when he was arrested at an Arizona airport. The Smoking Gun has the information and arrest report from the Arizona incident. |
