Were the Glasgow tickets delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery? I have a card posted through my door informing me that Royal mail have tried to deliver a letter which requires a signature.

Yes they were.? However, my Nottingham ones came via that Secure Mail Services thingy and, as I missed them, I had to phone and arrange a new delivery time.? It's funny though because I thought that I'd only requested normal first class post for all my tickets.? Huh

Phew! Mine are met to becoming by Secure Mail and I rearranged delivery for yesterday but no one turned up (I presuming half the country took the day off because of the football) and, because of I've never heard of them I was seriously beginning to doubt the credibility of Secure Mail but if your tickets were delivered through them then I guess everybody's are!? hihi

I hope you've got your tickets now.? Funny ol' thing but I received my second Nottingham ticket today (ordered a standing one first, then managed to get a good seated one afterwards) and that just came by regular second class post - with a couple of information leaflets about the venue.? It seems to be a bit of mix 'n' match where ticket delivery is concerned.? Anyway, I now have a spare Nottingham standing ticket; if anyone is interested, please send me a pm.

Collected by ticket from the sorting office this morning Smiley I see the Glasgow gig is due to start at 6.30pm, doors open at 6pm. That must be to accomodate the 11pm curfew which the SECC are very strict with.  It's the sort of venue that will cut the power to the stage rather than let a band run over schedule.

Apparently Hammersmith were too, and we all know what happened there. 90 mins after curfew, the band were still playing.

Exactly! I doubt any venue really has the balls to do it.

I hope they don't play past the cerfuw time at Wembley otherwise i'm gunna have to leave halfway through Nightrain again! Them coming on late just ruins the entire evening - cos everyone's pissed off for waiting and then everyone is pissed off again after the show when they can't get home. That's how i felt after Hammersmith - it was an amazing show, but before and after it was shit.
London transport fucking sucks!
