Better, Maddy, The Blues, IRS, Chinese Democracy will be on CD because ever since they have started being played live, they have been played just about every single show.

Rhiad may be included in one of the albums. Ron has admitted to have rehearsed the track, even though they're yet to play it live on this tour.

At this point, it's likely that Buckethead is the only ex-member/studio musician featured on CD.

based on that setlist that was posted one might assume that Better, There Was A Time, Rhiad and the Bedouins, Chinese Democracy, IRS, Madagascar, The Blues will be on the album...also the spelling is "Rhiad & the Bedouins". Not Ryhad or Riyhad or Rhyiad ir any other numerous spellings that we've seen.

of course I'm assuming that the Setlist is legit

We know that Richard is on the album cuz he layed down some tracks last year...also we know some producers and stuff that helped (check the htgth main page and click "the new album" tab Jarmo has done a great job of assembling all the info there )

I doubt Rhiad is on the album.  I wouldnt doubt if maybe Madagascar wasn't on the album.  Also, I hope that IRS gets reworked a lot and they had in the 3rd solo at least if it gets on album.  That song just does  not scream great album material to me.

How do we know Bucket's parts will make the album? Sure its a logical assumption, but that doesnt mean anything when it comes to this band.

Axl said back in '02 that The Blues, Madagascar, Rhiad.., Silkworms and CD won't be on the album (or even singles)
