D sorry to hear about your story bro.. that had to kill you. I went thru something similar where a girl was dishonest and completely betrayed me. What's worse she had a "so what" attitude towards it all. Felt like I was getting stabbed. Forgiveness takes time, but I realized I was trying to follow unenforceable rules, I cannot control other people actions. If I am maybe I am being too demanding. Still hurt though...

Okay.  I've booked a week long break in Rome for me and my hubby.  We are going just the two of us (no kids).  Hopefully it will give us a good chance to talk and I can tell him how I am feeling about things, because I just feel like he's suffocating me at the moment.  He phoned me nineteen times yesterday!  I do have a business to run and when your doing stuff like tinting someone's eyelashes you cant just keep running to answer the phone you know.  I've booked a gorgeous hotel with a spa and everything, it's costing me an arm and a leg but if it helps get things right in his head it's got to be worth it.

I was seeing this guy, for less than two weeks, and I felt like he was suffocating me.? He texted me over 30 times one day!!? 30 fucking times!!? And when I couldn't respond right away, then he started calling and freaking out because he felt ignored.? When I tried to tell him that he was pretty much driving me insane, he was so hurt but promised to give me space.... that lasted about 3 dayds, and I couldn't take it anymore.? I eventually did just ignore him, and he finally went away.?

Last night after a very good weekend, I decided the time was right to talk to my hubby and try and sort things out with him.  He was in a 'romantic' mood (it's hot here, been wearing a bikini all day) and the poor guy's got to the drooling stage before our son's bedtime.  Anyway, got the little guy to bed and decided to put the big guy in a good mood before the 'serious'chat.  Had a shower, got dressed in his fav outfit (he's the old fashioned type, stockings and suspenders really do it for him!)  I went the whole hog and started doing my Pussycat Dolls impressions, which I must say went down a treat, we got ....... um, close for an hour or so and while drinking our wine and enjoying the post-coital ciggie, I told him that I felt he needed to ease off the manacles a bit (I meant the emotional manacles btw!)  I explained that although I love him he's suffocating me etc.

After nearly an hour of cajoling, gently speaking and slathers of reassurance his contribution to the conversation (his conclusions on how to put things right) were two things:

1.  We should have more anal sex
2.  We should have another baby.  WTF!!!!!  NOOOOOOOOOO!!!  By this stage I'm hyperventilating and  reaching for my 'granny' nightie.  Today, I'm feeling a little nervous.  He was on about how his grandfather used to lock his grandmother in the house if he went out anywhere.  I've checked I've still got my keys and they still work in the locks.  I've ran out of ideas.  I tell you.  I love my husband, I want our marriage to work but F**K this is hard work!
