Maybe Axl was late because he was busy writing out a Christmas card to Slash? Wink

I am just gonna say I am glad I flew to New York and saw two shows.

I think with Guns...you are safer and guaranteed a no glitch concert if you attend the first week of shows.

It's surreal.  In 2002, Guns pulled off European tour with no glitches.  Then we all know what happened that night in Philly.

Now it's kinda reversed.  They did sucessful shows in NYC and it seems that Europe now has a lot of glitches....weather....lateness....sound problems.

If it's raining really bad....is it safe still to sing with a cordless microphone? nervous

I think it's still safe. I've done it a few times.

Mention that to the Vancouver fans back in 2002 and see what they think.

My friend offered to take me to a Guns and Roses Show in Providence back in 1993. Yeah.... that was a lot of fun. Those Bums never showed up! We all know whose fault that was. Good to see that Axl is being a good boy now.

Some at CD.com said it was raining heavily, and the band played three songs but are now covering up the equipment... people are leaving. Don't know what their source is for this though..

If it is the rain, then it is not necessarily the band's fault although one wonders if axl had started the show on time if it would have mattered....
