So there's a little difference..

Those bands broke up, guns n roses did not, in guns someone left and they were replaced thus they were always called guns n roses from the axl and traci days. This band stopped being gnr when traci left.

Wow what i show what a comeback i though this was going to go fucking wrong but jesus he pulled it out the bag and like i said once izzy came out axl had everyone eatin out his hand the video i did do will not be brilliant but you will hear what ass holes the crowd was but i lost battery after 1st izzy song so i hope someone else got it

Axl would have STILL OWNED the name of guns n roses since slash and duff QUIT. It would be like saying that Steve Adler still had some rights to the name gnr after he left

Not really.  Quitting the band is not the same thing as signing over rights to the name.  Quitting the band is not the same thing as withdrawing from the partnership agreement, which allocated rights to each member in the partnership.

It's good to see that they completed their set despite ?all the trouble. ?I think it's safe to say that the days of Axl walking off stage and causing riots ?is over. He was put to the test today and he passed . ? ?Way to go Axl !
