Wow awesome stuff! This band rules.
Kinda bugs me that it doesn't seem like Axl chills with them too much.. but thats ok hes a busy man!
I love hearing shit about the new songs.. everyonce ina while I start to wonder.. after hearing about 10 of the new ones (leaked or live) if C.D. will actually end up that great.. but it sounds like the band really believes in it.. so im looking forward to it.
All in all it seems like this band is ready.. just put out the album!

wow that must have been a great experience.? Although it doesnt seem like it at times, this band is very fan interactive. I love it...
I guess the only thing that worries me is the Brain thing. But it seems liek hes got something important to leave for so its cool. As long as he comes back and is still in the band its all gravy

Brain had a baby!...its all good!........Congrats to Brain and his wife...
rumor has it Bucket will be the godfather.....that would be a funny site
and about certain things...never say never....The fall is gonna be insane

The club had GNR lights and GNR videos on every wall ... November Rain and Estranged with Mr. Top Hat.
I wounder if any of the current members were watching the videos.

I didn't mean nessarcerily having a problem with him. I just ment like what they thought when they look at the past like that and what they think about it.

Lots of cool information. Pittman helped write Madagasdar?
Amazing. Probably my favorite new GnR song.
Silkworms-> Dizzy and Pittman
Madagascar->Axl and Pittman
Better-> Axl and Robin
Blues->Axl and Dizzy?
Chinese Democracy->Axl & Finck?
TWAT->Axl, Wylde (Bucket)?
Catcher->Axl & May?
Rhiad & Bedouins->Axl & Bucket?
The collaborations probably run alot deeper than this.

may most likely wrote some guitar parts to replace finck`s. wylde wrote nothing and robin wrote basically all other guitar parts i`d guess (twat, rhiad, irs....)

Chinese Democracy's riff was written by Josh Freese.
Catcher only had May playing the solos, but I highly doubt he wrote the song with Axl.
Rhiad strongly feels like Robin's work too, but I'm not sure.

lol actually I don?t care about the brain subject... from all the new band member, lol including pittman, brain is the one I care less... Let me explain why before you all get furious or something
... Well, for me, Brain is the type of guy that just doesn?t seem to be feeling the gig u kno... he goes there, he starts playing but he?s so... I mean we look at him and it looks as he is just playing drums, like he was rehearsing at his house or something... I don?t want get into comparing, na but c?mon... Matt had so much more energy when in a gig, well he still does but... I?ll shut up about Matt sorry. What I mean is like... I went to RiR and during the gig I completely forgot about Brains lol... as if he wasn?t even there...
About him going to the States- I believe he was there cos of his wife... lol let?s believe there?s no problems... it?s better! We have had many before.

it's like the band would be laughing and playing, and axl enters the room and they get quite
I knew a family like that. my 8th grade classmate told me that his mum would make his dad and the 3 kids includeng him freeze up.

I got to meet Del James who was very cool, he was so exited about the new songs, and agreed that Chinese Democracy will "hopefully" replace Welcome to the Jungle soon ...
this will never happen, Chinese Democracy is a great song but is far away from Welcome To The Jungle. No song can show the power, the fury, the reality that WTTJ does.
Maybe if Axl become poor again and get back to the drugs he could do something close to WTTJ ?

And also TWAT is older than 2000, which is when Buckethead joined the band. He's done a good contribution to the song but I don't think he gets writing credits for playing an extended solo.

Its not about wich song is better, but rather the opening song of the shows, IMO.

ah, sorry
yeah, Chinese Democracy would be a great song to open the shows, I've already heard a mix of My World/Chinese Democracy (MY as a intro and CD a opening song) and it really sounded great
