this band is becoming boring
The band dont play for a bunch of forum members checking for updates. I'm sure those in attendance who are seeing this for the first time and are rocking out to this mind blowing band just metres away from Axl don't think it's boring ?
This is a great post. People shouldn't be upset that they play the same songs every show. Most people don't see more than 1 show in a tour, so it's fresh for the people who are actually going (there are exceptions for die hards who go to more than 1 show, but they are far and few between). ?
Exactly dude
Hell, all I wanna see is one GN'R show in a lifetime and it will be the best 2 hours of my life!

Man, he's got to get Madagascar and Out Ta Get Me out of those setlists - Both of those songs are just weak sauce, IMO.
er no, madagascar is great, out ta get me.. not so great...
CHANGE THE SETLIST GNR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, they don't play for us, who aren't even there. I can't believe the band is back on tour, and people actually complain about the setlist.
stfu, maybe i wanna hear something new. bootlegs motherfucker BOOTLEGS!!

I agree, MeanBone. Great post.
It isn't the band whose getting boring, it's the fans who keep posting "change the setlist" and "take this song out" over and over again in every live update thread that are getting boring.
I disagree 100%. A band that only learns three new songs when they have 4 years between tours is fucking boring. The hardcore fans are the ones who have kept GNR alive all these years. GNR owes them a much better show.

That fucking song is more relevant to axl now than it has ever been.
The whole fucking world has been relentlessly attacking Axl for the last 15 years, hence " There Out Ta Get Me!!! They Won't Catch Me!!! I'M FUCKING INNOCENT!!! THEY WON'T BREEEEAAAK MEEEEEE!!"

Not true, we've taken a rest now and again the past 15 years.

The 'hardcore fans' should realise that we are early on in the tour and a few songs have already been leaked, so they are likely to be playing those otherwise most of the album would have been heard by now. As the tour goes on and heads towards the first single and the album, you'll hear more.
If you are such a "hardcore fan", you'd just be excited and thrilled that they are back after such a long period looking like it wouldn't happen.
