Can anyone confirm that they actually did do Maddy? ?Kinda hard to believe they did it so early in the set ... especially right before Better.
Yup, they did play Madagascar, I can confirm that. Smiley

Thanks, Will. ?I'm not questioning what you were told. ?I just have a funny feeling that when all is said n' done that we're gonna find out that it was actually The Blues.? Hopefully, whichever one they didn't do so far, they'll do later in the show.

They played Madagascar that early in the set in Nampa 2002, So it's not out of this world.

I trust Wills updates.

Playing My Michelle with Bach now.

Btw, believe me, anythinggoes knows the difference between Madagascar and The Blues. Wink He's a long timer here and knows the new songs well.

Judging from my experience at Hammerstein Night one, you might have to wait until bumblefoot leaves and someone who can actually play the last solo joins the band, or they let richard or robin do it, because it fucking totally ruined the end of the song. Maybe he's been practicing though.

sorry if i caused consternation. i didnt mean it as slight on the hammerstein (or america for that matter). its just that the hammersmith is reknowned as a dirty (for lack of a better term) rock n roll cesspool whereas, from the pictures ive seen, the hammerstein wouldnt look out of place as an opera hall.

I think Will said earlier that anythinggoes is NOT sending each song as it happens. That's why Will doesn't have an updated setlist on gnrfrance

That's right gnr2006 (perceptive! Wink). anythinggoes is not giving me a complete setlist, more like updates whenever he can. So we don't have a full setlist for now. I'm sure we're missing all the solos (add at least 3 or 4 if not more) and at least The Blues.

Thank you for any updates you give, I'm sorry that some people actually make posts like "updates are slow tonight", any updates at all are appreciated, as someone who was texting out from night 1 at hammerstein, i understand how hard it is to watch a concert you've been waiting years for and send out updates. It ain't easy, and it's a huge sacrifice. Please thank anythinggoes as well.

Truthfully, I'm surprised people attending the shows are nice enough to give updates. Afterall, GNR is probably their top 5 favorite band, and they aren taking time out of enjoying the concert.

Kinda like the military, haha. Putting their "lives" on the line.
