Do you locals think ID will be a hassle? Because on that day I'll be 5 days from being legal.

It ususally isn't, but you might get unlucky. Most bouncer will turn a blind eye, if you're that close especially; they may not even bother checking.

How early are people planning to get in line?

Are most people on the floor, like me, or up in the balcony?

i'm not going to get in line at all, i'm gonna drink through the warm up band and head over at about 10. ?I have no interest in waiting around the venue all night rather be in a pub, did they same a VR last year.

Well, I now have tickets to hammersmith and Download. I only got the Download tickets cos it was supposedly 'GnRs only UK show this year'..... So a wonderful waste of a shit load of money..... Would I be mad to sell my Download tickets and take my lady to Paris for the weekend instead after a thoroughly awesome gig at the Apollo or do I sit through 3 days of the worst Emo bands the world has to offer?

It does mean missing Tool though, and that disappoints me more than anything.

i dont think that'll be the case, i suppose it all depends on what time the warm up goes on. I can't imagine guns going on early reagrdless of whatever curfew, but who knows.
