I missed my ticket delivery on Wednesday so rearranged it for Friday at work between 9 and 5.
Friday 4:30pm and they haven't arrived so I ring the couriers only to be told they will now deliver on Saturday.
I tell them that the office is shut at Weekends and instead to send them to my home on Saturday.
They say it's too late as the tickets are now in another depot near to my work.
OK I said - send them to my work on Monday
Sorry we don't deliver on Mondays.
So now I have to wait till Tuesday !

I would complain to ticketmaster about that!! - look at the price they charge for 'handling' and postage!!! they make a fortune out of us!!! and whats wrong with using the mail? i had a guy deliver my ticket that looked like Gandelf!!!

I got a letter with a number to rearrange the delivery. I called it today and they are going to deliver it on the 6th 

Thing is, I have exams on the 6th, I won't be home all day. Somebody help!!!!!!

They are bloody awful.

They are supposed to contact you the day before they propose to deliver the tickets, to ensure someone is there to sign for them.

They are rubbish. I actually once wrote a letter of complaint to them and got compensation to the tune of the face value of the tickets.

As well as the tickets themselves.

You just need to leave your ID with somebody whos going to be at home.  Thats all I did left my passport with my mum at her house and he left the tickets with her.

that company is SHIT and nearly all major ticket outlets and banks use them.  I've had problems with them before.  Be firm with them and make sure you call them on Monday and be sure they have scheduled you in and someone has your driving license or passport to sign for you.

Don't worry, they get there in the end - but they fkn raise the old heart rate !!

Most importantly, can everyone get together and agree to make the MOST NOISE EVER after each song ?

Whenever watching other shows I'm always super pissed that sometimes the audience just sits there nodding their heads (tokyo dvd for example). I think everyone who's going should agree to raise the roof of the joint & make sure the new songs get some appreciation, I'm talking about singing the f*ckers back so he can barely hear himself & making sure there's enough chanting afterwards to ensure plenty of encores. We're british, the land of football chanting ff sake. A "who the fuck is buckethead" after ron's don't cry would also be particularly awesome....

London 02 was the first and only concert where Axl mentioned the possible release of CD, let's give him a good british welcome & ensure Hammersmith 06 is where he finally starts telling us when it's coming out.
