I think many people are overrating the selling out of stadiums thing too much. ? Axl's new band consists of ?musicians the majority of the public ?don't even know . ?they have no new material released , ?so of course they are not going to be able to sell out 70,000-100,000 seat stadiums ?. ?If and when the new album is released ?if they are still not able to sell out stadiums on their own then I will concede that Bon jovi is the bigger and "better" band.

Bigger I can see, but better? Sales/crowds don't equal quality.

I don't know why some of you people are pissed off at David Bryan's comments. I don't see anything wrong with what he said. It's basically true.

You know....Axl does make mistakes.

 Shocked

It's not about what was said , it's about who said it.?
That's fuckin' biased. Roll Eyes

Bon Jovi better then Axl and Company? You have awful taste in music if you think Bon Jovi is in the same league as GN'R or Axl.

"Bon Jovi holds as much weight as Kiss or Justin Timberlake. Good marketing, but their music is a fucking joke. If somebody with talent like Mick Jagger or Jimmy Page slagged Axl then we could have an interesting argument, but Jovi is a joke and he doesn't even realize it. "

The argument isn't even about who is the better musician.  Bon Jovi's keyboardist said Axl mistreats his fans...guess what? HE DOES.  He's routinely late to events if he even shows up at all.  He offers no apologies for his actions, and despite the fact that people are paying to see him he seems to believe that the show runs on his schedule.  He's a performer.  He derives his living from those who come to see him and yet shows little respect for them.

Now please refrain from responding with the typical "He's late because he's preparing!" or "His heart wasnt in it!" nonsense.  Axl flat out does not (with the possible exception of the early goings of this tour) show much concern for his fans.  He just happens to be so intriguing and talented that people put up with his nonsense.
