The Fog (2005) - Okay movie but nothing too special. A bit of a twist at the end that made it more interesting.

Poseidon - Crap! Dreyfuss & Russell used to do good movies Cry This film had bugger all character development, the special effects/action scenes weren't that impressive, it was all just....blah

Count me in as a "hate" for "Lost." I can appreciate the cinematography, it starts off with a great ass shot but it's all down hill from there. Shallow people find each other and...whisper?

Hah!  Yeah I guess that's pretty accurate, but I did enjoy the film and genuinely felt sorry for the characters.  The ending was pretty poor and the dialogue was pretty non-existent, which is why I only gave it a 6.

The last film I saw was Notting Hill and it sucked.  Again.

Used to, eh? Have no fear! Because Kurt could soon be going the way of Sir John of Travolta!, because I'm pretty sure that he's signed up for Tarantino's Grindhouse effort, Death Proof!

Career rejuvenation mark two!

The last film that I saw was A Cock and Bull Story, I watched it earlier today. Before that, I watched Tommy! (can you hear me?)

Just checked out the cast list, i'm very impressed, especially since i love From Dusk Till Dawn.

They got Tom Savini (Sex Machine), Michael Parks (Earl McGraw....he played that role in Kill Bill as well, and now Grind House he's playing the role for a 3rd time Cheesy), Danny Trejo (Bartender in all 3 From Dusk Till Dawn films), Quentin Tarantino (He himself had a greatly overacted but amusing part, probably his longest film role to date)

Also they have Lost's Sayid, Michael Biehn to another blast from the past who needs career rejuvination

Get In!

Lost in Translation - pretty moving I thought.? There wasn't much of a story but it was more about atmosphere and I thought it was done really well.? A good role for Bill Murray.? 6/10

Apocalypse Now - wonderful film.? It's the second time i'd seen it and I understood the themes a lot more this time round.? I loved it!? 9/10 ok

Does anyone else have issues with the end of Apocalypse now? I watched the film and was glued to it - got completed immersed in it (sign of a good film I think) and then without giving too much away for anyone that hasnt seen it ...you have Brando. I mean his scenes add to his iconic status as an actor but I remember going away thinking it didnt quite work for me.

I imagine I need to watch it again. I hear that on set he refused to do the scripted part so just made it up.
By the way I think this was the orginal not the directors cut - is that better?

Talladega Nights. I was a funny movie. It was the best new comedy I have seen in awhile.

Talladega Nights.  Being a NASCAR fan and a Will Ferrell fan, I couldn't pass it up!  Great movie.  There were a few raicng related jokes that were hilarious, although some of the other moviegoers didn't get them.  Undecided
