Thank god someone eles thought this movie was overrated. I thought it was the most sterotypical view of LA I've ever seen.. hardly "deep" or "challenging" like many critics said

Don't forget Swimming With Sharks!
I've never seen that one. I've heard people recommend it, but I never remember to look for it.
Well. You know what to do then.
Remember. Look for it. Watch it! It's a great film.

just watched Antwone Fisher. I really liked it. Sad, but inspiring. I had tears in my eyes...I know, I get emotional.
Some people in this world are just fucking monsters.

Agreed........watched it tonight and I was very impressed. Not an empty seat in the theater. I can't wait for pt. 3!

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Watched Equilibrium last night.
Awesome ending, but the whole idea of the world the movie is set in was GREATLY DISTURBING!!
... imagine having to take a drug to repress all feeling and emotion, and music, art and love are all forbidden...
But ya... the movie itself... there are some very harsh scenes... and parts where you just get real angry about the situation... and the fight scenes... fuck yea they rock!
Great movie that everyone should see! Better than the Matrix.

Good call SkynyrdGirl! Equilibrium is an awesome film and definately better than the Matrix!
I just saw A History of Violence and was really impressed up until the last few scenes, where I thought it got a bit stupid. I felt like it was a really good film anyway, but they wanted it to be like Pulp Fiction or something which it clearly wasn't. I'll give it a 7/10.
