i so wanna see da vinci code

i saw X Men: Last stand.

It was a good film but nowhere as good as the first two. Firstly, some of the beginning scenes should have been rearranged especially the young Jean Grey. Secondly, they should've shown more about Angel and developed some of the characters a bit more. Thirdly its a sell out killing off the cast like that.

Just got done seeing sniper 2 with Tom Berenger. I saw the 1st one and like that very much. I think this one was also a cool movie. I have to check out the 3rd one now.  Cool

Although... to be fair, the movie was bloody (literally) awesome!!

X-Men 3

I'm still kind of torn on this one. The beginning seemed a bit thrown together, but the ending got alot better. Hope everyone stayed thru the end credits Wink

Bring back Bryan Singer for number 4 please.

I love working at a movie theater now. You can get free movies. Tonight I saw 2 (!!!) movies because I was let off of my shift earlire.

First I saw Most of See No Evil, which made absolutely zero sense logically and Kane has the emoting skills of a dry paper bag. But it was quite the entertaining dry paper bag as I enjoyed the movie for it's sheer violence and amusing nature. It was very entertaining in a very popcorn crunching way.

The Second movie I saw was Hard Candy, which was weird because you didn't want to feel bad for the so called "pedophile" in there, but pretty much pushed the boundaries that made you not know what to think about both characters. It was very well acted though.

"The Break Up"

Its funny, u get the same ole same ole from Vince Vaughn, if u liked him in Wedding Crashers,Old School etc etc u will like him here as he plays pretty much the same character again.

The movie seems like it lasts a tad long but its an overall decent romantic comedy.

not great, not bad, solid 7/10

I also watched Back To The Future again tonight for the 100th time or so it seems.

This movie is still one of the best.   I love when Marty is parked at the dance with Lorraine and he says:

"Jesus Christ u smoke too?"

She says, "Geez Marty, U sound just like my mother"

U gotta love that! ok

Rock School
It's a documentary about a guy, Peter Green, who has a music school dedicated to teaching kids ages 9-17 how to play and perform rock. It was pretty good. He screams at the kids a lot to get them to play their parts right or to practice, so that's entertaining. I didn't hear any Guns N' Roses, though. Maybe he's saving GNR for "Rock College" Wink

Posideon. Absolutely brilliant.

I stopped breathing about 15 mins into the film and didn't breathe again til the end.

The CGI's are amazing. The actors aint that bad either.

The really scary thing is that I'm going on a cruise in  November, I hope I remember everything just in case!

American Gun (2002) - Good movie about parents losing their daughter(Virginia Madsen) in a terrible handgun accident.
The Machinist (2004) - Pretty good movie. I mean Christian Bale went all out to play his character!! Shocked Shocked Shocked

With 2 small children in the house, not too much time for movies, but when they were both asleep, we were able to see 2.

Meet the Fockers:  We really liked it, and were both pleasantly surprised by Babs Streisand.
I thought she'd annoy the hell out of me, but overall, a good comedy.

Crash:  Disturbing, but well-done.  Overall, a thumbs-up.

Just saw Flight 93 ... fucking hell did that send shivers down my spine!! The amount of empathy that comes across is immense. There's this one part where this girl calls her mother from the plane to say goodbye... and that whole scene had me in tears.

In tear-jerking levels, I'd put this in joint first with The Green Mile... perhaps a little bit ahead...

Definitely one to buy.

I got round to watching Bad Education last night.  I didn't enjoy it, but it had the guy from Motorcycle Diaries in it and he was excellent again.  The story itself was pretty shite.

Back To The Future Part II

All three of these films are classics.

2 has always been my least favorite which doesnt mean it isnt great in itself.
