Well I just had the movie "Soundman" on silent all the way through.... hihi

But interesting fact, when it was starting with the opening creds, I happened to look up randomly and saw Matt Sorum's name there underneath where it said "Music". I don't know if that's been discussed before, but it was nice to see a random Gn'R reference out of the blue like that! Cheesy

Watched Silent Hill today.

The cinematography was beautiful, and it's the only thing I enjoyed about this film. It started off somewhat interesting and mysterious, then it totally spiraled downward into something ridiculously awful. It was anti-climactic. The dialogue was weak and the monsters weren't scary. In all honesty I couldn't wait for it to end.

Her review is actually quite nice.

This movie is Rated R for retarded, ridiculous, and repulsive.

This movie is actually funnier than Scary Movie 4.

This makes the movie "The Boogeyman" look like Nightmare on Elm Street.

This could possibly be the worst movie Ive ever watched.

Terrible terrible film.

Wasted 2o bucks on this piece of shit.

DO NOT GO SEE THIS.

TRUST ME!

Those movies based on video games just don't work, do they?

As a kid, I was a big fan of the resident evil games but I wasn't impressed with the movie. no

I'll let you do the score for my movie D, how's that for a compromise?

I assure you that it will be better than Silent Hill, not that I intend on seeing it any time soon.

Yeah I saw Silent Hill, I will say the flick was shot pretty nice but that s about it as far as things I liked about it .Horro flicks today use way too much CGI.

Shit Id score a film for scale or if u are doin it Indy Id do it for free.

U seriously making a movie?

I would like to. I'm going to study film in September, at university, and it was always an ambition of mine to make an amateur film before I do. I'm sure that it would probably be awful, but that wouldn't matter to me. The biggest problem that I would face is getting enough people involved. They would have to be reliable people, people that know they're not going to get paid shit and don't mind wasting most of their summer.

A more immediate goal of mine is to write a screenplay. It doesn't matter if anybody actually ever sees it, either. I have always had a habit of going over ideas in my mind. Over the last few years I must have come up with dozens of different concepts. I would do it at work, when I'm walking on my own, on the bus... It's at the point now that I really just want to get it down, even if I end up never doing anything with it. There's one idea that I have that I would rather not just let fade to nothing.

I have a three/four minute film, and I can almost guarantee you that nothing you have made will come anywhere close to being as bad as that.

But, hey... I wasn't in charge.

Dude dont be negative.

Why cant u write a screenplay? U just come off as kinda negative like it will suck but dont be that way.

I use to do that on here. Id put up a song and have a million excuses before anyone ever heard it.

Fuck that.

Why cant u make something great? If u work hard enough at it and try hard enough, there will be a percentage of people who will dig it.

U arent gonna please everyone but Im sure if u work hard enough at it, u can probably do something pretty damn good!

Dude, fuck no! I'd try and out do you, but I'm not sure if I even want anybody seeing it... Ever. I'll upload it later and see how it looks a year on.

D, I don't mean to come across as being negative, it's more that I would approach it as nothing more than a first attempt... I don't expect to get anything out of it, my intent would be purely for the experience.

Just saw Garden State... I don't know why it took me this long to see it. I usually try to see talked-about movies right away
