I thought this movie was going to be scary or supernatural, going by the trailers. It wasn't. It has a heavy social message on race ralations and how certain people are always accused of being suspects in crimes because of their race and income.

RENT
That movie only lasted in my dvd player for 15 mins, I got fed up with all that fairy music and crying about "wheres the fucking rent" god what an awful waste of production.

The 40 Year Old Virgin.. funny in parts but went for around an hour too long. Would have been kinda entertaining and a laugh if it had gone for an hour, not over 2.
Unfortunately this was the uncut, special edition, extended version, directors cut, deleted scenes, limited edition with never seen before footage.

Guess it touched on some sore spots for you
I agree though, it lasted a bit too long and kinda wore off the last hour or so.
I watched "Brokeback Mountain" again yesterday.
this movie is so fuckin powerful and really moves the soul.

Well, that's what some people are saying. I actually prefer Date Movie than Scary Movie. But to be honest with you, this all due to the fact that my favourite actress plays the main role, so, you know.

I'd rather go on a bud bender myself.

Do you get to see her being eaten alive?
I watched the Usual Suspects last night, which fucking ruled. I've got the Manchurian Candidate to watch today, but I think I might go to the cinema instead (or as well).
Incidently, does anyone here use ScreenSelect for their rentals? I'd seriously recommend that to anyone who loves films.

Watched the Tarrantino flick 'Hostel' last night. Quite disturbing actually. It wasn't a bad movie at all, had suspense and the storyline was fine.. got to see lots of tits.. it was just a bit.. well it makes Saw seem like a kids movie put it that way.
