Harry Potter - Goblet of Fire - A lot better than the previous three.

Aye, not perfect, but at least they're getting better...

Ralph Fiennes was both magnificent and a total let down all rolled into one...

Cedric's death, I must say, was handled admirably.

Pity the ending seemed so tacked on, and Daniel Radcliffe seems to take a step forward in his acting credentials, and then a couple back. But, maybe that's just being unfair...All 3 of the 'trio' were more than capable.

"Walk The Line"

simply amazing, Im not sure if its my fav movie this year, that probably still belongs to "Cinderella Man" But this was close.

Very very good movie.

"Walk the Line" was also the last movie I saw. I seen it on Saturday. It was a great movie.   ok"Cinderella Man" was also a great movie back in June when it came out but it is so underated.

Spanglish, with Adam Sandler.

I have wanted to see this film on awhile via video.  And I must say, I was quite disappointed.
Really I thought it was ok, it wasn't the tipically Sandler performance of an angry man and making mockery of his attitud. So I know people doesn't like too much Tea Leoni but I think she made a descent role. And Paz Vega  drool

Really? I wouldn't be surprised if it slipped an oscar out.

Walk the Line, which was really good because I'm in a huge Johnny Cash kick right now and Jaquin Phoenix was terrific.

I saw Flightplan at the cinema last night. Wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. Ending seemed a bit too cheesy for me though. Especially the walking through the smoke scene.

You just ruin me the ending  Cry
Anyway I saw last night Skeleton Key, not scary at all this movie should be put more in a thriller category than in horror, it's all about a urban legend and how a person start to believe in it. So I think thats nothing to be scared of.

Sorry Dick.
Don't worry anyway I wasn't that atracted to that movie, cause the plot line looks a lot like the frogotten, the mom lost his baby and people try to convinced her that is alive. So ...  Roll Eyes. But if you say is not that bad i think I might watch it  Wink

Had a Jim Carrey double bill today.

First.....

....Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, this was awesome, a wonderfully weird fantastic love story ok

then......

....Bruce Almighty, Not bad film nothing special, there were a fair few laughs but it's not one of his better films.

Batman Begins, I skipped seeing it in theaters, because I didn't have a good feeling about it. Then I saw it on DVD , I knew I was right. Liam Neeson's character Ra's Al Ghul did not teach Bruce Wayne how to fight, I can tell whoever wrote the story for the movie did NOT read the comics or novels, they need to remake this shitpiece. Originally Bruce Wayne at age 14 studied different styles of martial arts and then he studied Criminology , forensics, and criminal psychology. Bruce Wayne is supposed to be a genius, not some spoiled brat millionare like who Christian Bale played. I still praise Tim Burton for his version of Batman .

Saw Domino the other night. It was ok, Mickey Rourke was good but I didn't really like the main actress (Keira Knightley or something) and the plot was going all over the place. Interesting to see though.

I agreed totally, I know Timothy and some others will disagree but I hated this movie and almost fell asleep it was so horrifically bad.
One of the worst movies I watched this year to be honest.

Yeah I dissagre but it's all good.

Though I due find it funny that "SuperMike" blast it for not  following the comics to a T  ,when Tim Burton's did the same damn thing.
