Resurrection Man.
To put it simply, it was cold... and very scary.

I saw this movie last saturday. It wasnt too bad really, but then again how can you go wrong with Sean Penn? It was a great story, but my only complaint is how aganozingly slow the suspense grew in some places..

I saw Napoloeon Dynamite earlier.
Really fucking funny, even if the story edged towards being 'meh'.
Brilliantly acted though, a right riot.

watched "The Amityville Horror" remake tonight and it was fuckin kick ass
scary and creepy as fuck.
If u dont like this movie, i think u need to re-evaluate yourself and maybe u are a cynical person cause this shit was nicely done.
just the right amount of special effects, nothing overly done, nothing cheesy, it just added to the creepiness, i watched the original and thought it was kind of boring, the remake though was great
Micheal Bay's texas chainsaw massacre was garbage, but i cant understand not liking this remake, id recommend it to anyone
if u think this movie is dumb, maybe u werent in the right mood or something, cause I cant understand how a scary movie fan wouldnt dig this.

The Interpreter
starring Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn.
Well acted of course but the whole plotline just didn't have much to it...
Worth my $7.50? Not really.

Just came home from seeing A Lot Like Love. I did not really like it that much. I found it quite slow moving - and it was my second Ashton movie in a month. Nothing to write home about.

It was a lot better than I anticipated. It also provided more insight compared to the original. I took my 9 year old nephew to see it. He actually begged me to take him. I was hesitate to let him watch it, because it's rated R, but his parents let him watch Scarface and other crazy movies, so I didn't see any harm in it. The poor little guy was scared through the whole movie. He was even afraid to go to the restroom when it was over. I felt bad for letting him see it. But I explained to him that it was loosely based on a true story and the other half was bs. I still feel bad though.
