Inglorious Bastard, it's not one of the best Tarantino's movies, but it's OK.

Paranormal Activity: Definitely overrated, and nowhere near as scary as people have made it out to be. It was still a good movie, though, and certainly creepy. I hated the ending, though.

Where the Wild Things Are: Very good movie, very different, very cool to look at. It reminds you what it's like to be a kid.

theres like 3 endings to this. I saw the original film from 07 and the chick ends up killing her boyfriend and when she goes back up stairs she rocks back and forth on the side of her bed for 2 days straight with the knife in her hand, and she eventually dies from getting shot by the police.

Just recently saw all three of these.

Seven Pounds: Didn't know anything about it going in -- figured it was another Will Smith comedy but was thoroughly impressed. Will Smith is a great actor, I don't care what anyone says.

Paranormal Activity: I love seeing horror movies, to see other people's reactions. I am hardly ever jolted and don't get scared easily. Very predictable with everything happening at night when the clock slowed down. A good 'scare' nonetheless, as 1 girl threw up in our theatre, 5 left crying, and 1 was possessed by Katie I think. Tongue

Where the Wild Things Are: Loved this book as a kid, however if I saw this as a kid -- I might shit myself. Not only did I nod off at one point at the midnight release but I myself was surprised as how vicious and angry they portrayed Carol to be at a few parts. Don't get me wrong, haven't read the book in quite awhile, but I don't ever remember him being that scary.

Micheal Jackson "This is It"

So depressing seeing this. Guy was in phenomenal shape and those concerts would've been the biggest, greatest spectacle of all time.

Those saying he used body doubles to complete the film are idiots.

Let's see, saw 3 movies in the past week:

The Secret Life of Bees:  Good movie, not great.  Queen Latifah is excellent...Alicia Keys is just hot as hell.  Dakota Fanning is good in it too.

Gran Torino:  I reeeeally liked this movie.  Tons of great quotes.  Excellent message.  Eastwood's so cool.

8 Mile:  Damn, this could have been so good.  More time should have been spent on the f'd up family life though.  All in all, a mediocre movie.

Zombieland - I did enjoy this movie. Excellent fun

Up - Best animated movie of the year. It is not a movie I would have liked as a child though

Fantastic Mr Fox - Oh the English are so evil! Another watchable movie, start-stop style like Wallace and Gromitt.

Cirque De Freak - The Vampire's Assistant  - People are going on about this saying it is a copy of Twilight. I enjoyed the movie in it's own right, and look forward to the next chapter.

The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus - It is a little strange in the beginning. Stick with it though and it blossoms into a good movie.

Pretty interesting. I think it's Cameron Diaz's best work.
