"In The Electric Mist" : 9/10. Great filming, great performance by the whole cast, with mentions to Tommy Lee Jones and John Goodman.

I can't believe this was a DTV in the US though. Here in Europe it's been released in a proper way, in theaters.

I watched LEGALLY BLONDE on Tv last night. I just love that movie. Has anybody here seen WOLVERINE-X MEN ORIGINS?

I saw Wolverine a few days ago. It's actually ok, very action orientated. It didn't grip me though. I could have got up and walked out at any point. If you have never read the comics, then I guess it is vaguely interesting to know how Wolverine originated.

Lost Boys 2  Not bad. much better than I anticipated. still doesn't do the original justice. The original was awesome and action packed and somewhat HUMOROUS. this one was more dark and the characters were nowhere near of course u can't beat a cast of Haim,Sutherland,Feldman and Jason Patric and the dude that played Bill in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.

The first Lost Boys film is iconic. I must have seen it a dozen times or so.

This sequel was entirely pointless imo.

Entirely, unless you were the producer(s) of 'The Two Coreys'. That was basically their big finish.
It's ironic how Corey Haim was too fucked up to be in the movie, and it might have actually been the better move.

Yeah, If Haim had been in there with Feldman, it would've been better.

The original is just one of the best movies of that genre though.

The Lost Boys is one of my all time favorites.  I have avoided seeing the sequel for fear that it will not do the original justice.  I was so in love with Jason Patric!  Has anyone seen the movie, Rush, with him?  I remember watching it my senior year in high school, and I loved it.

True Romance again

"tell the angels in heaven you've never seen evil so singularly personified as you did in the face of the man who killed you"

best scene ever?

True Romance is a classic.

I sat and watched 'The Goonies' again today. Great film!

Saw the Star Trek movie last night. It was really good. A great entertaining summer popcorn flick. I was quite surprized, though that could be because I was never a big Trek fan to begin with.  smoking

I wasn't sure what to expect either, but it was very good. It was strange watching Sylar play Spock, but he really shined in the role.

I hope they go on to make a couple of sequels.

It's a pity they completely erased the possibility of any future "Next Generation Era" or Post-"Next Generation Era" movie or TV series with it  Tongue.

To be honest, I am not completely a Trekkie as such. I've seen this and that, and just take each version/generation as it comes.
