Yeah its sad I suppose, but its also the life I know, and its not really something I dwell on, as Ive met you and others, but just that movie struck a chord, in me. is all. And , I championed that particular movie to see its all the same like you said. Love is normal, regardless.
And I just watched,,, interesting flick, Smart People. I ratehr liked it alot. Makes you think who are the smart ones, ....

Actually no I should edit, and clarify, when I was 22(1992) I was in head on collision, lost BF1 , I survived accident, 2004 , an ex but who became my best friend died,.... 2007 my bf of 5 yrs died, he died of aids, .. yet at least I got to say all the things and make peace with him before he died, that was my special moment. And no I don't have it.. Its my tragic flaw, I think to watch people I love die.
That's awful jazjme... Hope things work out for you from now on.

Went to see The Dark Knight on IMAX. Still awesome.
and
The X-Files: I Want to Believe. Didnt hate it but numerous times while watching I asked myself, "Did this need to be a movie?" Other than the catching up over the last 10 years, which didnt take much time at all, it was just a typical one off episode. The story wasnt exactly groundbreaking, hell its a take off of one of the oldest monster stories around. However the performances were entertaining, Duchovny particularly. Probably wont be going to see it again in the theaters.

We have an Imax here in Chattanooga but it sucks ass as they never show movies. Just a bunch of kid or dinosaur shit or something.
So Im pissed at that.
Went and Saw The Dark Knight again today and I was blown away just as much as I was the first time.
I still get so sad seeing Ledger's final scene and knowing I'll never him in another movie *cept for the one he has comin out later this year or next that he was filming when he died.
I understood a few things more clearly now than I did the first time I watched it.

Saw Step Brothers last night with Will Ferrell and John Reilly. It had it's laughs and I thought it was a funny movie.
Would recommend Dark Knight over it 100%, but it was a good alternative to the packed house once again for the Dark Knight.

I watched Brokeback twice, thought it was a great movie.
Felt a little weird as i watched it by myself the 2nd time and I think the dude workin the concession was gay cause he seemed really "nice"........................
Okay, my wife and I rewinded
the last line of Brokeback about 15 times and we still can't make out what the hell he said!
Any clue? He sounded like fucking Boomhower from King of the Hill. Not a bad movie, not a great movie...it definitely got better as it went along.
Oh yeah? What's his name again?

^ Ha! Nice.
My comeback to those giving me shit at work is, "Oh yeah? Anne Hathaway's tits looked pretty damn good in that movie." (yes they did) That shuts 'em up.
Brokeback was good, but just when I think I've run out of terrible movies to watch...Under the Tuscan Sun with Dianne Lane?? It's your typical chick-flick where the chick isn't happy until she finds a good penis. Sorry to be so crass, but damn if that shit isn't demeaning to women. Her character is so f'ing pathetic it made me angry. I couldn't even enjoy making fun of the damn thing.

Watched Truth or Consequences NM again. My friend thought it was ok at best but for some reason I really like this movie. Keifer Sutherland seems to really enjoy his part and it comes off well on screen. Maybe its cuz he's also directing. good flick.
Also watched Taken. New movie coming next month i think staring Liam Neeson. Its an entertaining bad-ass kool action movie.

Just got back from The Dark Knight
3rd viewing for me and it was still just as good as the first 2 times. I was expecting with the Mummy III out that I would get a great seat near the back in the middle etc.
NO DICE
Theater 2/3 sold out AGAIN. I had to sit on one of those crummy seats off to the side. This movie still has steam. Look out Titanic.

Go to the theater earlier. Problem solved!
You're excused this time, because of the wasps.

Step Brothers: It was mostly a one joke movie but it was a joke that worked pretty well for me. I wouldnt recommend this movie if you arent already a Will Ferrel fan, but if you are it should be entertaining I just wish they would work as hard on the stories as they do on the jokes/ visual gags.

Shooter
(2007) - Good film starring Mark Wahlberg. Thought he did a pretty good job but Kata Mara's accent was horrible. Other than that, the film was pretty good.
Shoot 'Em Up
(2007) - Starring Clive Owen, Monica Bellucci, & Paul Paul Giamatti. I enjoyed this film too. Lots of shooting and a fast paced movie. Monica Bellucci gets a worthy mention too.
