There Will Be Blood-excellent. Daniel Day Lewis was superb in this film.
I keep hearing good things about this movie.
I really enjoyed it. Let me know what you think if you see it.
Saw Michael Clayton yesterday-that was good as well.
yeah, There Will Be Blood is good, i was so stunned at the end that i didnt know what to make of it but i've been thinking about it alot ever since. really really intense movie. a little slow in parts but its worth it. daniel day lewis was mesmerizing. if he doesnt win the oscar for best actor it will be a crime.
Me too. I actually went to a bunch of sites to read other's opinions on the plot and picked up a few things I missed. He deserves the award for sure.

I had heard of it but didnt know what it was about. No actors, dialogue, plot etc. It's a series of time lapse photography of our daily lives, compressing time, making us look like a swarm of ants. You can almost feel the hive mind operating.

It was pretty cool!

Just saw Rambo and it's really great. Stallone isn't doing things that a man his age couldn't do. Most of the time he's on a boat or behind a serious weapon. Non-stop action and awesome graphics. First Blood and this movie are the best of the series by far, no question. Go see this movie.

It mentally disturbed me and made me sick to my stomach - mission accomplished. I thought the 'Saw' movies were brutal. ha

The mask of Zorro was on late last night..
i watched it when it came out like 10 years ago and loved it.. it's still a good-enough-to-watch-flick, a bit cheesy at times but Zeta-Jones are so beatiful in it

I knew what it was, when I started to watch it, but I gave it a chance because of The Rock.
I didn't watch the whole thing

Morvern Callar
(2002) - Pretty good film starring Samantha Morton and Kathleen McDermott. First time I've ever seen this movie and I thought it was good. Different too.
The Number 23
(2007) - Okay film starring Jim Carrey and Virginia Madsen. Has a good twist at the end and that's what saved the movie overall. I like Jim Carrey much better in drama films as a serious actor.
Trainspotting
(1996) - Still an okay movie to watch every now and than.

The Untouchables
for such an awesome cast (Robert DeNiro as Al Capone, Andy Garcia, Sean Connery, Kevin Costner, etc) it could have been better. but it was still very good.

That's a movie that gets much better with multiple viewings. I still use quotes from that movie as part of most of my conversations (e.g., "enough of this running shit", "nice house, I said nice house...", "baseball!").

Awesome cast? Kevin Costner? Same sentence? Really?
Nah, I love The Untouchables!
