Funny People: It felt like two movies in one. The first half, when the film mostly focused on Sandler and Rogen, was awesome. Then in the second half, when Sandler tries to win back "the one who got away," the movie really started to drag. Overall, it was still a very good movie. It's much more dramatic than what we're used to seeing from Sandler and Rogen and that whole gang, but there's still a lot of really funny, perverted jokes interspersed throughout. If it'd been about 30 minutes shorter, it would've been even better.

Twilight

Worst movie I have ever downloaded.
" Oh Bella, you smell so good and I can not figure thee out, hold tight for I must climb into trees with you" Really. Just  how fucking stupid can a chickflick be? Tongue

Those stale, life draining Drew Barrymore romantic comedies( that are never any fun), You have m@il - type of saturday afternoon feel good crap, not to mention vaguely real movies like Titanic, they all should be grateful towards Twilight.
After Twilight, every single guy stuck infront of a chickflick with his girlfriend has "it could be a lot worse" echoing behind his eyes. There is some comfort in that always.

i believe twilight is the cinematic equivalent of the jonas brothers. they both beg the question "why the fuck is this popular?"

what a sad state pop culture is in.

And the plot line around Rogen and his roomates could have been another movie completely.

The Proposal - Got dragged to this one. It was actually ok for a rom com. It is better than The Ugly Truth. I like Butler and Heigl, but his American accent was awful, and the humour was predictable.

Orphan The ending was cliche, but the film on the whole was very watchable. I would label it as a gothic thriller rather than a horror. They put in a couple of jumps in the middle of the film, but nothing too much.

GI Joe If you leave your brain at home, this is actually quite an enjoyable film.

Watched a Haunting in Conneticut, not that impressed, thought the original Amityville to be a little more scarey at least.  I also rented Smother with Diane Keaton and Liv Tyler.  Pretty good for a comedy, but as much as I love Diane Keaton she drove me nuts with her motherly behavior lol. Labor Pains with Lindsay L, pretty silly and drawn out as I expected, curiosity got the best of me on this one, she's just not that great of an actress, her drauma in real life matches her role in this flick for sure.

What is your favorite Depp film? Mine's probably Edward Scissorhands.

I Love You, Man: Pretty good comedy. I enjoyed it.

IMO, Blow is one of the greatest ever. That's one movie I can watch over and over again and never get sick of it.

It's kinda hard to feel sorry for him though. Dude got busted like 2721974207427072 times for trafficking dope, maybe he was in the wrong profession?

I thought it was a very sad movie. He was a good guy who made some bad decisions. Then again, I almost cried at the end of The Devil's Rejects when they got shot, so go figure.

Yeah i am with u.

I don't think George was a bad guy. he just had a childhood where his mother would leave due to having no money, so he equated money with happiness and felt if he were rich no one would abandon him.

so drugs gave him that security of not being a lone. he was loyal and a great friend. they just fucked him over a couple of times.

Problem was, he fell in love with the power a bit and that was his downfall.

when Diego cut him out, he could've walked away and remained rich but he got his money seized etc and had no choice.

I'd never keep ALL my millions in a bank like that. I'd bury a few million in my yard or something if I had to.
