Gone baby gone was good. I think ben affleck? should stick to directing as he is much better at then acting.
Haha, I totally agree and was really impressed with his brother in the movie. It was a perfect casting. I heard they pulled a lot of people in that movie right off the street in the neighborhood. Scary, but it worked.

Reign Over Me
pretty solid heartfelt drama. adam sandler was amazing, i hope he tries more dramatic roles in the future. he was also great in Punch Drunk Love.

American Gangster and Gone Baby Gone. Both excellent! I saw both of these films today. Both very good, somewhere around 8 each on the IMDB scale in my opinion. I actually want to see them both again on DVD before I give real in depth thoughts about them

Southland Tales.
It was fucking terrible. Worst film of the year next to Michael Bay's Transformers.
If you must see ST, then go quick - Because this sucker will die a quick death before it enters DVD oblivion.

The Holiday
it was okay.
I loved that movie! Yesterday I saw Resident Evil: Extinction and The Notebook. Resident Evil 3 was allright. Predictable but nonetheless an enjoyable 1,5 hours of blowing up zombies. The Notebook was awesome, really cute movie.

Donnie Darko was OKAY. A little on the weird side, though... I watched memoirs of a geisha, though I like the book way better... that and dirty dancing.

The Last King of Scotland (2006) - Decent film starring James McAvoy and Forest Whitaker.
54 (1998) - Film wasn't any good at all.
Chinatown (1974) - Sorry but Jack Nicholson is just a horrible actor. Boring film.
