Ive never watched any of the matrix movies so i dont know shit about Neo

I went and watched "Constantine" tonight and i thought it was amazing, i was totally locked into it and riveted by it. i couldnt even go piss or get a refill i was so into it.

the thing is, many times it felt like a warmed-over Matrix.  You've got Keanu, an ordinary-looking girl, a cool-dude black guy, and a bunch of guns.

I wish they hadnt shown Hell.  Hell is supposed to be unimaginably scary, and instead we got those cheesy Zombie things running around.

I liked the Gabriel character though - her/his motives were interesting, why she/he wanted to unleash the devil upon Earth because humans only do their best in times of struggle.

Employee of the Month

Totally changed my opinion about Matt Dillon as an actor, in a good way.

Steve Zahn is hilarious in this film.

Another one of those movies where soon as its done you want/have to watch it again to see what you missed

For reasons twofold.

1. You're not British. You don't get our (superior)* humour.

2. You haven't seen Spaced.**

*debatable?

**I'm guessing? I'm probably right.

Last film I saw was Collateral. For the first time. Yeah, it took me a while.

I was a bit worried because, for me, it had the potential to be awful. Yeah, I know, graet reviews and all that, but I still have this preconception that it was going to suck. It didn't, frankly. And it was almost as good as Finding Neverland, and slightly better than Hero. So, for those of you making notes, that makes it the second best film from last year, in my opinion. Great stuff.

I'm going to watch Daredevil later...

Hmm. I bought it purely on impulse because I got it for ?5 because I bought three other DVD's. There were others to choose from, but for some reason I chose that. Hmm.

Dude, Spaced is the TV show (sitcom, if you will) that Shaun of the Dead was spun from.

Simon Pegg (Shaun) co-wrote it.

It is freakin' fantastic.

Shame you probably won't see it, what with how the States takes to showing our comedies. The "American remake" is an evil thing.

Tonight i went and watched "The Jacket"

I cant recommend for it or against it really

it all depends on what type of movie watcher u are.

If u are the type who is great at suspending disbelief and  just get enwrapped in a storyline and go with it, i think u will love it

if u are the type of movie watcher that needs some logical sense on how shit happens, then u are probably gonna think this movie is stupid.

The reason he can do what he does never really is spelled out, i have theories but it never really comes out and says how he can.

overall i thought it was a trippy fuckin fantastic movie, i loved it.

I saw Chicago again. Great movie. I love Catherine Zeta love

yeah IRREVERSIBLE. french movie with vincent cassel and monica belluci, i showed that to my american friends 3 years ago ... and they were pretty shocked.
well the movie is not that great anyway.
there is the 15 minutes long rape scence of the pretty monica in the middle, and some violent stuff in the begining. other than that, the way the camera moves is what makes you throw up the most.
i've seen the movie when it came out in france, years ago, havent seen it since, not worths it.

chicago is a classic. altho she can't sing , catherine zeta is beautiful.
and the way they go from "reality" to "stage" is great.

i've seen Life Aquatic, and it's fun. bill murray is fine, and the David Bowie "soundtrack" is great.

other than that, i saw the hidden fortress by Kurosawa again .... classic.
