Dumb questions but they need answering

I recently downloaded the live era 01-02 boot among others and was wondering, since the download was 1 track larger, how i cut it into the seperate songs.
any help would be much appreciated

If you mean it was a .rar file, google 'winrar' to extract all the songs

theres a free tool called audacity you can use for seperating a long audio file in more shorter ones.
