I got her to get some couceling, she's seeing a shrink and a doctor next wednesday.

She also left me, for now.

I think I will take the fellow rocksteady and go and try to drown.

Ok, if he'd fucked with me that time he'd get a beating but right then I was cool, I knew what can happen and I knew the next time I beat someones ass even in selfdefence I could do time or parole.

Shared my break with Erin  at asda tonight and was chatting to her for about ten minutes when she had to go back to her checkout, just before she left i was up getting another drink, as i was at the vending machine with my back to her she said bye and i turned round and said see you in a bit or something, went back to my seat feelin happy with myself after having a nice chat and on the table was a folded up bit of paper with a 'x' on the bit i could see, i opened it up and she'd written her number down and a little 'x'
