It's Alright is a Black Sabbath song, from the album Technical Ecstacy.  Bill Ward (Sabs drummer) sang lead vocals on the track.

As for the question at hand, My favorite GNR cover is most definately: Aint it Fun.

Gn'R almost always covered songs great.. It would be really hard to pick a favorite..

I know I didn't really care for the studio version of KOHD or Sympathy for the Devil...

hollywood rose had axl and izzy in the band which went on to be guns n roses, so no doesnt realy count!!!

I think the reason it was slated so much is because people really wanted new material from Guns N Roses. I mean lets face it, if Axl released an album full of cover songs tomorrow, whilst everybody would be delighted with the fact that he has released something, a lot of people would be pissed that it was only cover songs. But, for the record, I love the album too, although it is my least favourite GnR album, but only because it is not origional material, I still love the way they make the songs their own, and they make them sound like GnR songs, if you know what I mean.
And also, if Axl released a cover album tomorrow, I would think that was a good thing, and a sign of things to come, but I feel that outside of this board, I would be in a minority lol.

My favourite GnR cover from TSI is probably Aint It Fun, but overall my fave cover is KOHD, especially live.
