Impossible to say my all time favourite so Ill consult iTunes for my most played ...

Heart of Gold by Neil Young with 150 plays then
Happiness is a Warm Gun by the Beatles with 140 plays.

the song I have listened to the most times is probably 'Time' by Pink Floyd.  I love it because it's like the fusion of science fiction and rock. 

A very close second is 'Moonage Daydream' by David Bowie.

"When the Doves Cry" by Prince.
"Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin.
"Paint it Black" by the Rolling Stones.
"The End" by The Doors.
