sales going bad for this show?

im not sure..u can still get tics so maybe its selling slow?

Its not helping that the robbie williams concert is on the same nite, plus the eagles metallica etc are playin on the same weekend over here

Maybe there is gonna be 2 support bands now instead of 1

I would love to hear how sales are going--although, I would imagine this show will have plenty of walk-up business on the day of the show!?  Can someone get some information regarding ticket sales, as I have an interest in holding out as long as possible before purchasing a ticket?

Sure if CD was released then the tix would fly off the shelf (so to speak). The seating has sold out so that must be a good sign surely?
How much can this Arena actually hold anyway? From the website it looks like it could be massive!

RDS is practically sold out ....Iwas on to aiken promotions & they confirmed that there was very few tickets left & that they where sure it will be a sell-out.

They refused to confirm capacity etc which is understandable .


From past concerts .....40,000.

This is rather amazing folks as we still have no release yet.

I will follow up with info on support act's.

given that it's an outdoor venue and is going on during a big concert weekend in the city, that really wouldnt be too bad.

Man..... still trying to find a hotel in Ireland..... it's almost impossible to find a hotel that is less than $100 a night....
If anyone knows of one, just let me know.....

Me and my mate got a room at the Bewleys Hotel at Dublin airport for 60quid (or so) all in for a night. Although it is at the airport they run a shuttle between their hotels, one of which is righht across from RDS Arena!! (which has naturally sold out already)

there are plenty of cheap hostels around,try searching those,they range from single rooms to big mixed dorms with several people in.im staying at the one in ucdvillage

Got my ticket about 3 days ago too, I think they were being posted on an alphabetical basis, my second name begins with G and my mate's with D and he got his a day or two before mine. It's just a guess but I think that might be it, cos I ordered mine before him.
