Of course you can be busy with work or your life in general.

But if you fucking have time to post "Cool, I'll be going to these shows!", then I think you should take a minute or two to post an explanation on why you didn't fulfill your end of the deal.

You can make excuses all you want, but I don't understand how you can say he didn't fuck up big time by being silent all this time.

I went to Paypal and "opened a dispute."  Unfortunately, this was the screen I got after posting my dispute:

Perhaps he knew he could get away with this?  It's not about the money.  Being late to deliver is one thing...it's the "failure to communicate" part that I have a big problem with.

Ugh that sucks!  You filed for non-receipt of merchandise?  Everyone should file them anyway, it does get logged on the seller's account

Well, fortunately, I didn't send him a ton of money.  It's the principle of the matter, not the money.  If you look way back in this thread, I think I even defended Darknemus when others were pissed about not receiving their items a couple months ago.  I tried being nice.  I guess nice guys finish last after all.

I got the same message from Paypal weeks ago.  It is not even his account anyway.  It was his girlfriend's. 


I don't agree with some of the opinions of the posters here, and sometimes I strongly disagree with even the Moderators.  But there isn't one person on this site that I would rip off. 

It's a forum, people are meant to disagree.

Ripping people off is a whole different issue though.

Noone agrees with what darknemus did.

I'm still waiting for an explanation.

I just read this entire thread and for those of you who put faith in darknemus need to wake up.

He claimed he never had any interest in gnfr.com however, whenever it would suddenly have an update, darknemus appeared to "let us know he had this feeling that it would update" and then try and coincide it and connect it to the GNR world when it had NO association to GNR whatsoever.

Also, he scammed a lot of people in the LatigoHammers chat room thing years ago.  Jarmo knows of this.  A lot of us at that point knew dark's credibility was not to be trusted.

Sorry for all those who got ripped off by this clown.   That is uncool.  But at least now you will be able to spot the signs of a person who lacks credibility.

I never got any, but then I guess I was smart when I decided I would pay him AFTER I got them as I was going to pay him based on the quality of service and product. Whew!

That said, I still want all four shows on DVD and if anyone wants to help me out, feel free to email me at outsidegroove@gmail  dot com    . I do have a nice setup for burning DVDs so I could probably help out a few others but I will be honest, I can't spend many hours a day doing them, I have my own business needs to tend to.  I can burn 3 dvds every 15 mins or so with my duplicator.
