I honestly think this is a whole misunderstanding. I really hope he can come, clear it up.. and though some of you may not forgive him, I hope he lives up to the promiss he's made.. and sends everyone the DVD's.

It'd be better if he did show up, apologize, refund and resend... and have one heck of an excuse to boot.  But, many already received the DVDs from other sources, so I doubt the response would be positive if he returns.

He's not banned yet only because I think he owes many people here a big apology for this situation (in addition to the money).



Regarding his credibility, it's up you to decide who you think is credible.

I've had my personal opinion on this guy for years and it hasn't changed one bit.

Ripoff merchants always seem to follow the same gameplan - they have plenty of time when they're getting something out of it (money, discs, receiving trades etc), send some copies out so they have allies and there is some ambiguity, and then mysteriously acquire such a busy schedule that they can't even find 30 seconds in several months to post that they are too busy.

2. I don't know his postings total, but it seems to me he has been around a while, a few years. The question is why build "credibility" over the years and then blow it for $1000 (as someone suggested). I mean, its not like it is $1million. In fact that whole room looks like an Ebay purchase outlet, reminds me a little of The 40 Year Old Virgin, if anyone has seen this movie...

But on topic, stalking the guy at a show isn't gonna make things right. ?He still really needs to come here and explain himself to those that lost cash...
