Okay.. But first you need to learn to play in time, learn to play your instruments, teach the vocalist a thing or two and come up with better songs.

In general on the subject. Becoming as big as Guns is not really about talent. Well, you need that too, but in addition for any band to be that big, it'd be a fucking miracle. The timing, luck, songs, people you know... everything's gotta be just right in order for that to happen. There's a lot of talent out there, and only 1/10 000th of it is really out there on charts even on a national (or state in the US) level. So is it possible? I guess. Do I believe that someone from here will do it? Well.. Judging by all the recordings I've heard here, none of the people here even have a chance. But this is just my opinion and an uneducated guess.

the guitar player is not that bad actually. and the singer problably just needs to grow up a bit. as for the rest of the band
still i think u might have potencial even tho i was slaggin u guys. u like rock and ready to play it, so i guess that's pretty much all u need. and besides not having anyone believing in you is problably the key factor for a good rock band!

as for getting as big as guns... first try to be musicians then worry about that!

If I get to the point to where my band is successful enough that I can own a decent home, pay my bills, retire comfortably and help my daughter through college, I feel I'll be a success.

In this day in age, I can't see a band blowing up the way Guns did.

Our singer has since been kicked out ,and we have improved alot. I know were we stand and all these tallks about well its a small chance or its a long shot. Well BIG FUCKIN WHOOP! We provide people with what is missing in the world real rock n roll.

well coming to think of it, nikki sixx is pretty big, as big as gn'r and he had no talent when he first started. he only had determination, so maybe that's the key factor.

and sorry man, as for look, your bass player doesn't have it. but i guess that can change as well.

Honestly it doesnt matter if every person on this board hates u.

I learned that a long long time ago.

Music is Subjective and I dont care how great a band is, there wont be a majority that likes anyone.

Think about it, if u sell 10 million albums that is a very very small percentage, actually less than 1 percent of the population that will like your music.

SO even if 20 people on this board say u suck, that doesnt mean u suck, see what Im sayin?

I of course want to do better than sell 10 cds but my first goal is an Indy deal, Anything after that is icing on the cake.

Keep workin at it, keep practicing and writing and believing and I believe I can make it, I believe u can make it, I believe in everyone until they give up and stop trying.


all it takes is ONE person to like u.
