I reckon ditch the mid section BH solo and Axls screaming "I never wanted you to.. " part. You? might have a rock single on your hands then, otherwise its too complex
Thats like the best part of the song for me! Has a fam made edited version ou there, that cuts out ?the Metal Part .... afeter heard this edited version you understand and realise wy the metal part is there , the music is so much powerful and great ?, just blow away !!! |

The metal part is actually what got me into the song and Im not even that big a metal fan.
I was listening to it and tuning in and out until BANG that bit came. Ive loved it ever since.

Yeah, no one can deny the songs greatness. Anyone who has any doubts about Axl needs to listen to 'Better'. If they don't release it as a single, it will be a HUGE missed opportunity. BTW, all of the strange guitar noises are FANTASTIC. It really adds to it...

Everyone I've let listen to the song (and some of them have THEE worst taste in music you could imagine) all replied with...."Who's This?" and I'm like GNR and they're like no fucking way this rocks. The thing about it is.....you people understand that the demo has a horrible mix. I'm sure much work will be done to make it sound right in parts (especially the last verse where the lyrics are the same volume and clashing). Let it be worked with in the studio and I'll sound fucking incredible once it's actually mixed and mastered correctly.
Seriously though out of all the new songs, this one has gotten the most buzz from my friends.
