The stream is working very well for me right now. ?The dude that is on sounds like David Grey, but I'm not sure because I don't know what he looks like. ?It says that it is live. ?Who knows?

Maybe everyone just assumed it would be broadcasted?

Axl is in his hotel room, Merck is on the phone with home, the band is out having a beer and a pizza. ?Sound team hasn't even got there. ?They have no direct connect to the Feed Team. ?It is likely a hired company. ?I'm sure the band, the fans, Sound team, Stage Crew, feed team are all working minute by minute. ?

Unless we have a GOOD reason why they would not run it, I say it will play out.

Um... he did that when that guy died... I can't remember his name (sorry!), he sang in Don't Cry that's all I know (and he's not part of GnR- OR ever was)

It's David Gray, and it's a recording, not live. ?At 23:45, it is a little bit darker in Germany than what the stream shows ?ok

Shannon Hoon, lead singer for Blind Melon. died in 1995.
I think that's reason enough why Axl wouldn't play Don't Cry again.

The good reason I guess is that it says on Rockpalast's website that their broadcast (reruns right now) stops at 2:20am...which is about the time GN'R supposedly will hit the stage.

wdr told us, that they can't say anything about the broadcast.
they have to wait until the band arrives (few minutes before the gig...)

Rock Am Ring Germany Does Have Permission To Stream Live Tonight
Friday 2 June 2006.

It was previously reported that Rock Am Ring would not be streamed nor shown on tv, according to the tv station WDR. This lead to much confusion, especially to the German fans who wrote into this site. I spoke to GNR management about the concerns.

GNR Manager Merck Mercuriadis has now informed us that the station has the proper information and permission to stream Guns N? Roses live tonight. The question is if WDR will air Guns N Roses. Discuss at ChineseDemocracy.com
