Could you contact him again? Is really weird how there's no mention on GN'R on the streaming site.

Hey I know why my video was so bad: You must configure Real-Player so, that it uses more bandwidth.
Open your Real-Player Program. go to preferences, and make sure that the connection speed and teh maximum connection-speed meets your real connnection speed. This fixed my video!

After you have done this open http://mfile.akamai.com/6902/live/reflector:53275.ram in the standalone Real-Player and enjoy!
